FACEBOOK LIKES TO GO THE WAY OF THE DODO

We speculated on the rumour a couple of weeks ago, but now much like Spidey back in the MCU, it's confirmed; Facebook is axing like counts. Much like Instagram, the removal of like counts is currently being trialled here in Australia (wow, we're famous?!) to reduce popularity pressure on the platform.

The biggest complaint I've seen at this point is from shitposting groups who won't know if a post has flopped or not.

SASSY SAMSUNG SLAYS SALTY SOCIALS

Samsung is a weird brand, they continuously suffer bad PR from faulty devices, spying smart TV's, exploding phones and more. Despite all that, their CM's won't stop the sass on their channels, regularly calling out opinions labelled as facts, spelling errors, criticisms and trolls. A very unusual tactic for a brand of this scale.

Would recommend a scroll over their Facebook for some laughs.

A couple of months ago, LinkedIn announced it's new 'Teammates' feature, designed to increase a users exposure to content from their team. It looks like the feature is now being rolled out to Australian users, so keep an eye out for it next time you log in.
